APAHE 2022 Conference Safety Protocols

CONFERENCE SAFETY PROTOCOLS

While there has been a decrease in transmission cases, we know some of you have concerns about COVID-19 variants and risks involved in travel and attendance in person. We want all of you to know, we hear you. We are listening. We are constantly evaluating all-things-safety around being in person in the Long Beach area. We are exploring every possible option to deliver the best, safest possible experience for all of our attendees and in a manner that is feasible for the organization. As such, below are a few updates. Further updates will be provided when and as needed.

In alignment with current City of Long Beach protocol, it is highly recommended that conference attendees wear mask.  We further advise unvaccinated attendees to wear mask while indoors.  We will have K-95 mask available for attendees.

Additionally, we plan for maximum distancing (space allowing) in the meeting, exhibit, reception and registration areas.

In the end, each of us absolutely must make the decisions that are best for ourselves and our health and safety but also know we are working to provide you the safest options for the in person experience we’re all craving.
