Wynne W. Chin received an AB, MS, MBA, and Ph.D. degrees in Biophysics, Biomedical/Chemical Engineering, Business, and Computers and Information from U.C. Berkeley, Northwestern University, and the University of Michigan respectively. Dr. Chin’s research includes sales force automation, IT adoption, outsourcing, acceptance, satisfaction, group cohesion and negotiation, and psychometric modeling issues. He is one of the foremost exponents of the Partial Least Squares Path Modeling technique and recently received a World Class University (WCU) Professor designation in conjunction with Sogang University in South Korea. As a co-investigator on a $10 million grant titled “Service Systems Engineering for the Creation of New Growth Engine based on Knowledge Service”. Wynne has begun a multi-year study starting Fall 2010. Wynne currently resides in Sugar Land, TX with his wife Kelly, his two daughters – Christina and Angela, and his dog – Hacker.
