Christine currently serves as District Director of Equity, Opportunity and Engagement, Maricopa Community College District. – the largest community college in the United States.
Christine Iijima Hall received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from UCLA in 1980. Her dissertation was one of the first studies on mixed race ethnic identity in the United States. Dr. Hall also continues her work in multicultural psychology by publishing and speaking engagements. Her office is responsible for diversity training, EEO investigations, and mediation. Dr. Hall has been an educator for over 30 years and participates annually as a trainer/faculty with the Leadership Development Program in Higher Education for Asian Americans in Higher Education.
