
Meng So currently serves as a Senior Organizational Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley where he works at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and institutional transformation.
He is founder of Sok Sabai Productions, a family production company dedicated to uplifting the stories of immigrant and refugee communities. In addition, he is the Chief of Education Strategy and Co-Founder of Aime, an AI-powered college counseling platform designed to democratize access to higher education, ensuring that every student—regardless of background—has the guidance and support they need to navigate the path to college and beyond.
A proud first-generation college graduate, Meng earned his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and his master’s degree from UCLA. His work is rooted in a deep commitment to educational equity, storytelling, and empowering underrepresented communities
